GENERAL AGREEMENT
• By enrolling in, purchasing, or accessing any Pro Skills Digital program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions
• If you do not agree, do not proceed with any purchase or access
ABOUT PRO SKILLS DIGITAL
• Pro Skills Digital is an online training and education company focused on GoHighLevel (GHL), automation systems, and digital workflows
• Services may include e-courses, live training, group sessions, one-on-one training, templates, materials, portfolio guidance, and profile optimization
• We do not guarantee employment, clients, income, job placement, or business success
• We do not find or provide clients for students
• Our role is strictly education, training, and guidance
ELIGIBILITY
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• All information you provide must be accurate and truthful
PROGRAM ACCESS & USAGE
• Program inclusions, access duration, and schedules vary per package
• All access is time-bound and non-transferable unless stated otherwise
• Account sharing is strictly prohibited
PAYMENT TERMS
• All prices are in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise
• Full payment is required before access is granted
• You are responsible for any third-party transaction or processing fees
NO REFUND POLICY
• All sales are final
• No refunds under any circumstances
• This includes requests within 24 hours, partial or full usage, non-attendance, or change of mind
• By purchasing, you fully agree to this no-refund policy
GHL ACCESS DISCLAIMER
• GHL access is temporary and limited to the duration included in your package
• Access may be revoked upon expiration, misuse, or policy violation
• Pro Skills Digital is not GoHighLevel and does not control platform updates, outages, pricing, or changes
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
• All Pro Skills Digital content is protected by intellectual property laws
• This includes videos, courses, PDFs, templates, slides, recordings, and community materials
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
• Sharing, reselling, distributing, or uploading any content
• Copying, recording, screenshotting, or reproducing materials
• Allowing unauthorized access to your account
• Using content for commercial resale or training others
LEGAL ACTION
• Unauthorized use or sharing will result in immediate termination without refund
• Legal action and financial damages may apply
ACCOUNT MISUSE & SYSTEM DAMAGE
• Tampering, hacking, deletion, or unauthorized system access is prohibited
• Sharing login credentials is not allowed
• Intentional damage may result in termination, legal action, and liability for damages
STUDENT CONDUCT
• Maintain a respectful, professional, and supportive environment
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, or abuse are not tolerated
• Spamming or unauthorized promotion is prohibited
• Violations may result in removal without refund
ONLINE REPUTATION & COMPLAINTS
• False claims or intentional reputation damage may result in legal action
• Valid complaints must be raised through official support channels first
• Reasonable time must be given for resolution
CERTIFICATION DISCLAIMER
• Certificates indicate course completion only
• Certification does not guarantee skill mastery, employment, or income
RESULTS DISCLAIMER
• Results vary depending on effort, experience, skill application, and market conditions
• No guarantees are made regarding income, clients, or success
TERMINATION OF ACCESS
• Pro Skills Digital may suspend or terminate access without refund for violations
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
• Pro Skills Digital is not liable for income loss, business loss, technical issues, or third-party platform failures
CHANGES TO TERMS
• Terms may be updated at any time
• Continued use means acceptance of updated terms
GOVERNING LAW
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines

• By purchasing or enrolling, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions
