By purchasing, enrolling in, registering for, accessing, or using any Pro Skills Digital program or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase, enroll in, or access our services.
1. About Pro Skills Digital
Pro Skills Digital is a Philippines-based digital skills training and education business focused primarily on: GoHighLevel / HighLevel training CRM and automation AI systems Websites and funnels Agency systems Digital marketing systems Integrations Domains and email setup A2P registration guidance Reputation management Local marketing Freelancing and client-readiness training Programs may include self-paced e-courses, recorded lessons, live training, community access, templates, snapshots, prompts, downloadable resources, collaboration sessions, practical exercises, certification, and support. The exact inclusions of each program are those displayed or communicated at the time of enrollment.
2. Educational Purpose
All Pro Skills Digital products and services are provided for educational and training purposes. We teach practical skills, systems, processes, troubleshooting methods, business workflows, and implementation strategies. We do not operate as an employment agency and do not guarantee that any student will: Obtain employment Secure freelance clients Earn a specific income Build a profitable agency Receive job placement Receive contracts Pass a client interview Receive a specific business result Your results depend on factors including your effort, consistency, practice, communication skills, experience, implementation, market conditions, client requirements, and other circumstances outside our control.
3. Our Training Philosophy
Pro Skills Digital is designed to provide more than recorded lessons. Our goal is to provide a practical learning environment where students can develop skills through: Learning → Practicing → Building → Testing → Troubleshooting → Applying Depending on the program purchased, students may also receive community support, collaboration sessions, guidance, recordings, templates, resources, and assistance with real-world client tasks. However, support and guidance do not mean that Pro Skills Digital assumes responsibility for completing your employment duties, client contracts, or freelance projects on your behalf. You remain responsible for the work you submit to your clients or employers.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enroll independently. If you are below 18 years old, enrollment must be authorized by a parent or legal guardian where permitted. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during registration, enrollment, payment, and communication with Pro Skills Digital.
5. Enrollment
Enrollment becomes valid after: Required registration information is submitted; Payment has been successfully completed or otherwise approved; Proof of payment is verified where applicable; and Pro Skills Digital confirms enrollment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel enrollment where there is suspected: Fraud Unauthorized payment Account abuse False information Previous serious violations Threats to our systems or community If enrollment is declined before access is provided, any amount legally due for return will be handled appropriately.
6. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. Program prices may change from time to time. A price change will not normally affect a completed purchase unless otherwise required by law or agreed between the parties. Promotions, discounts, scholarships, bonuses, and limited-time offers may have separate conditions. The package and price shown or confirmed at the time of purchase will govern that enrollment.
7. Payment
Full payment is generally required before program access is provided unless Pro Skills Digital expressly offers another payment arrangement. Payment may be accepted through payment methods made available by Pro Skills Digital. Students are responsible for any applicable transaction, bank, conversion, transfer, or third-party processing fees unless otherwise stated. Students must ensure they are sending payment to an official Pro Skills Digital payment channel.
8. Digital Product and Course Access
Course access periods vary depending on the program purchased. A package may provide, for example: Fixed-term access One-year access Lifetime access to specified resources Limited GHL access Community access Support recordings Shared snapshots Training materials Only inclusions specifically stated for your purchased package are guaranteed. Where a resource is described as “lifetime access,” this means access for as long as Pro Skills Digital continues to operate and reasonably maintains that particular resource or platform, subject to circumstances outside our control. It does not mean perpetual access regardless of platform shutdowns, legal changes, technological changes, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. GoHighLevel / HighLevel Access
Some training packages may include temporary or shared access to GoHighLevel / HighLevel environments for educational purposes. Such access: Is subject to the duration stated in the purchased package; Is intended for training and authorized practice; May not be transferred or resold; May be suspended for misuse; May be changed if HighLevel changes its technology, policies, plans, pricing, or platform. Pro Skills Digital is an independent training provider and is not GoHighLevel/HighLevel. HighLevel controls its own platform, features, pricing, uptime, policies, updates, API, telecommunications services, and service availability. We are not responsible for HighLevel outages, feature removals, interface changes, pricing changes, compliance decisions, or platform restrictions outside our control.
10. Third-Party Platforms
Training may involve third-party services including, but not limited to: HighLevel Google Zoom Facebook / Meta Instagram LinkedIn Namecheap Domain registrars Payment processors Email service providers SMS/telephony providers Automation platforms AI providers Each third-party platform has its own terms, policies, pricing, and technical limitations. Students are responsible for complying with those third-party terms when using those services. Pro Skills Digital does not control third-party platforms.
11. Training Content May Change
Digital platforms change frequently. GoHighLevel and other software providers may modify: User interfaces Features Navigation Pricing APIs Policies Compliance requirements Integrations Because of this, certain lessons may look different from the current software interface after an update. Pro Skills Digital may update, replace, reorganize, add, or remove course content when reasonably necessary to keep training relevant. This does not constitute failure to provide the program.
12. Support and Community
Where included in the purchased program, Pro Skills Digital may provide support through channels such as: Community groups Collaboration sessions Zoom sessions Messaging Training recordings Student guides Direct assistance Client-task guidance Our goal is to support students during training and as they begin applying their skills to real-world tasks, subject to the support included in their package. Support is educational guidance and troubleshooting assistance. Unless expressly agreed in writing, support does not include: Completing entire client projects for the student Acting as the student's employee Taking responsibility for client deadlines Guaranteeing client approval Guaranteeing technical outcomes Being available 24/7 Providing legal, tax, accounting, or professional regulatory advice Response times may vary depending on workload, complexity, holidays, emergencies, and support schedules.
13. Student Responsibility
Students are expected to actively participate in their own learning. You are responsible for: Watching lessons Practicing Completing exercises Asking questions Testing systems Reviewing instructions Backing up important work Protecting client credentials Following client instructions Maintaining professional conduct Confirming work before publishing or launching it Pro Skills Digital cannot guarantee results where a student does not complete, practice, or properly apply the training.
14. Real Client Tasks
Students may request guidance regarding actual client tasks. We may explain: Recommended processes Troubleshooting approaches Technical setup Workflow logic Best practices Possible solutions However, the student remains responsible for reviewing and testing any implementation before deploying it to a client account. You should never make irreversible changes to a client account without appropriate authorization and backups. Pro Skills Digital is not responsible for losses arising from a student's unauthorized, incorrect, or untested implementation.
15. Certification
Certificates issued by Pro Skills Digital recognize participation or completion of applicable course requirements. Certification does not constitute: Government accreditation unless expressly stated Professional licensure Employment certification A guarantee of expertise A guarantee of employment A guarantee of client acquisition A guarantee of income Pro Skills Digital may require reasonable course completion requirements before issuing certification.
16. Refund Policy
Because our programs provide digital content, intellectual property, training materials, community access, downloadable resources, templates, recordings, snapshots, prompts, guides, live support, and/or immediate course access, all sales are final once access has been granted, except where a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law. Once a student has received access to any part of the purchased program, including but not limited to: E-course access Recorded lessons Training modules Student community Google Drive resources Support recordings Templates Snapshots AI prompts Guides Live training access Collaboration support Downloadable materials the purchase is considered delivered and no refund will normally be provided. Refunds will not normally be issued solely because of: Change of mind Failure to attend live training Failure to complete the course Lack of available study time Personal scheduling issues Loss of interest Difficulty understanding the training Failure to obtain a job Failure to obtain clients Failure to reach an income target Failure to use available resources Failure to participate in the community or support sessions Personal or financial circumstances after purchase Internet, computer, device, or connectivity issues on the student's side Dissatisfaction based solely on expected earnings or expected business results Pro Skills Digital provides knowledge, training, practice, community, support, guidance, and practical resources, but individual results depend on the student's own consistency, effort, practice, implementation, communication, and market conditions. Failure to secure a client, job, promotion, freelance contract, specific income, or business result does not by itself create a right to a refund. Failure to attend live training, collaboration sessions, or support sessions also does not create a right to a refund. Where recordings are provided, students may use available recordings to review missed sessions. Because digital materials may be viewed, downloaded, copied, or retained immediately after access is granted, refunds will not normally be provided after a student has accessed protected digital resources. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any consumer right that cannot legally be waived under applicable Philippine law. If you believe you have a valid billing or service issue, contact Pro Skills Digital first so we can review the matter.
17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe a payment was made incorrectly, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise disputed, please contact us before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in temporary suspension of account access while the payment dispute is investigated. We reserve the right to provide payment records, enrollment records, access logs, communications, and other relevant evidence to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to a legitimate payment dispute.
18. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all Pro Skills Digital materials remain the intellectual property of Pro Skills Digital or their respective licensors. Protected materials may include: Recorded lessons Videos PDFs Slides SOPs Guides Checklists Templates Prompt libraries Automation examples Snapshots Source materials Website training Course structures Community resources Support recordings Images Training documents Purchasing a course gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own education and authorized professional work. It does not transfer ownership, copyright, resale rights, redistribution rights, sublicensing rights, or commercial publishing rights to you. © 2026 Pro Skills Digital. All Rights Reserved. No part of the training may be reproduced, copied, republished, redistributed, resold, transmitted, uploaded, publicly shared, or commercially exploited without prior written permission from Pro Skills Digital, except for materials expressly designated for authorized student or client use.
19. Prohibited Sharing, Copying, Copyright Infringement and Resale
All Pro Skills Digital training materials, course videos, recordings, modules, SOPs, guides, templates, workflows, snapshots, prompts, documents, graphics, branding, downloadable resources, community materials, support recordings, and other educational content are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. By enrolling in Pro Skills Digital, you are purchasing access to the training, not ownership of the course content. Without prior written permission from Pro Skills Digital, you may not: Resell the course, modules, lessons, or recordings Upload lessons publicly or privately for unauthorized sharing Share login credentials Give another person access to your student account Redistribute course videos Sell Pro Skills Digital recordings Copy and resell student guides, SOPs, or course materials Repackage, rename, or rebrand our course as your own Distribute paid resources in public or private groups Mass-download and redistribute materials Record and sell live sessions Upload protected materials to Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Google Drive, Telegram, Discord, websites, course platforms, marketplaces, or other distribution channels Sell or publicly distribute Pro Skills Digital snapshot libraries, prompt libraries, templates, student guides, recordings, or training resources unless specifically authorized Use protected Pro Skills Digital course content to operate a substantially copied competing course, membership, training program, template library, or digital product Remove, alter, hide, or misrepresent Pro Skills Digital copyright notices, branding, ownership notices, or attribution Claim Pro Skills Digital materials as your own original intellectual property The difference is simple: Using what you learned to serve your own clients = Allowed Copying, sharing, repackaging, or reselling Pro Skills Digital training materials = Not Allowed If unauthorized copying, sharing, reselling, piracy, or distribution is discovered, Pro Skills Digital may immediately suspend or permanently terminate the student's access. Serious violations involving piracy, unauthorized resale, account sharing, fraudulent distribution, or copyright infringement may result in permanent removal from the program without refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Where appropriate, Pro Skills Digital may also issue takedown requests, report copyright infringement to hosting providers, social media platforms, course platforms, payment providers, marketplaces, or other service providers, and pursue remedies available under applicable law.
20. Templates, Snapshots and Prompts
Some materials are specifically provided for students to adapt and use in legitimate client work. Where a resource is clearly provided as a reusable: Template Prompt Snapshot Workflow Checklist Client implementation asset you may customize it for your own work and your authorized client projects. However, you may not resell or redistribute Pro Skills Digital's underlying library as a competing resource library unless written permission is provided. Students may adapt authorized reusable materials for legitimate client work, but may not package the Pro Skills Digital resource library itself for resale. Using authorized templates, prompts, snapshots, workflows, or checklists for your own client work = Allowed Copying the Pro Skills Digital library and selling it as your own course, membership, template pack, snapshot package, prompt library, or training product = Not Allowed
21. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not: Share passwords Provide unauthorized account access Attempt to bypass access restrictions Exploit vulnerabilities Tamper with training systems Access another student's account Attempt to obtain administrator access without authorization Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
22. System Damage and Unauthorized Activity
Students must not intentionally: Delete shared assets Damage workflows Remove resources Break shared training environments Install malicious code Interfere with other students Access restricted systems Attempt unauthorized API access Hack, scrape, exploit, or disrupt our systems Serious violations may result in immediate termination and possible legal action.
23. Shared Training Environments
Some students may receive access to shared environments. You acknowledge that: Other authorized students may use the same environment; Test data may be visible; Training assets may change; Shared systems should not be used to store confidential client data unless expressly authorized; Students must avoid deleting or modifying another student's work without permission. Do not upload sensitive client information into a shared practice environment.
24. Confidential Information
Students may occasionally encounter confidential or private information during practical training, collaboration, or client-task discussions. You agree not to disclose: Client passwords Private business data Payment credentials Personally identifiable information Confidential agency processes Private student information except where you are authorized or legally required to do so.
25. Student Conduct
We want Pro Skills Digital to maintain a healthy, professional, respectful, and supportive learning community. Students must not engage in: Harassment Bullying Threats Hate speech Discrimination Sexual harassment Abusive behavior Intentional disruption Spam Unauthorized promotions Scams Fraudulent solicitation Credential theft Repeated disrespect toward trainers or students We may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove participants who materially violate these rules. Serious violations may result in termination without refund except where otherwise required by law.
26. Live Session Recordings
Live training, support, and collaboration sessions may be recorded for educational, quality, and student-support purposes. When recording is active, participants may be notified through the applicable platform or session notice. Recordings may be made available to eligible students as part of training resources. Where identifiable student footage, testimonials, images, or voice recordings are intended to be used for public marketing or advertising, appropriate consent should be obtained where required.
27. Student Testimonials
Providing a testimonial is voluntary. Unless otherwise permitted by law, Pro Skills Digital will not require students to provide a positive review as a condition of receiving training. Where we request permission to publicly use an identifiable testimonial, video, image, or success story, the scope of that permission may be separately communicated. Testimonials represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that other students will achieve the same results.
28. Community Information
Do not share confidential personal information in community spaces. Information posted voluntarily in a group or public discussion may be visible to other members. Students should use appropriate judgment before sharing: Phone numbers Addresses Passwords Client credentials Financial information Private business information
29. Privacy
Personal information collected by Pro Skills Digital is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine privacy requirements, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Our Privacy Policy should be read together with these Terms.
30. Third-Party Costs
Unless expressly included in your purchased package, students or clients are responsible for third-party costs such as: Domains Hosting HighLevel subscription fees Email sending fees SMS and MMS usage Phone numbers Voice usage AI usage WhatsApp fees Apps Integrations Payment processor fees Advertising costs Training fees should not be assumed to include unlimited third-party usage.
31. A2P, Messaging and Compliance Training
Any A2P registration, SMS compliance, email deliverability, privacy, or communications guidance provided by Pro Skills Digital is educational. Approval decisions are controlled by telecommunications providers, carriers, regulators, platform partners, and other third parties. We cannot guarantee: A2P approval Carrier approval Number approval SMS deliverability Email inbox placement Domain reputation Campaign approval Students remain responsible for submitting truthful business information and complying with applicable laws and platform rules.
32. AI Content
Some courses may involve AI-generated or AI-assisted: Prompts Scripts Automations Voice AI Conversational AI Written content AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for a specific situation. Students must review AI-generated content before using it with clients or customers. Do not rely on AI outputs as legal, medical, financial, or other regulated professional advice.
33. Affiliate Links
Pro Skills Digital may recommend third-party tools and may use affiliate links. If you purchase through an affiliate link, Pro Skills Digital may receive a commission at no additional cost to you unless otherwise disclosed. Affiliate relationships do not change your responsibility to review the third party's own pricing and terms before purchasing.
34. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of: Platform maintenance Hosting issues Internet outages Third-party failures Cybersecurity events Software updates Force majeure events We will make reasonable efforts to restore access where the issue is within our control.
35. Termination or Suspension
Pro Skills Digital may suspend or terminate access where a student materially violates these Terms. Reasons may include: Course piracy Account sharing Fraud Harassment Unauthorized resale System damage Credential theft Serious community misconduct Where appropriate, we may provide a warning before termination. Serious security, fraud, piracy, or safety violations may result in immediate suspension.
36. No Income or Employment Guarantee
Statements about freelancing, agency opportunities, potential earnings, student successes, or career growth are educational and illustrative. We do not promise: “Take this course and you will earn ₱X.” Results vary substantially. Your success depends on your own: Consistency Practice Skills Communication Portfolio Applications Sales ability Client relationships Market conditions
37. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pro Skills Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or purely economic losses arising from matters outside our reasonable control, including: Lost client opportunities Lost profits Platform outages Third-party account suspensions Software changes Student implementation errors Client disputes Data loss caused by unauthorized student activity Third-party service failures Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
38. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your: Unlawful conduct Unauthorized system access Intellectual property infringement Misuse of client information Fraud Material violation of these Terms This clause does not apply where Pro Skills Digital is legally responsible for the matter.
39. Force Majeure
Pro Skills Digital will not be considered in breach for delays caused by events reasonably outside our control, including: Natural disasters Extreme weather Government restrictions Internet outages Major platform failures War Civil disturbance Telecommunications outages Widespread cybersecurity incidents Where possible, affected training or support may be reasonably rescheduled.
40. Complaints and Support

We encourage students to provide enough information for us to investigate the matter and allow a reasonable opportunity for resolution. Nothing in this section prevents a person from exercising any legal right available to them.

42. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
43. No Waiver
If Pro Skills Digital does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
44. Entire Agreement

45. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or privacy protections that apply.
